Tour Itinerary

Day 01 – ARRIVE BANGALORE
On arrival at Bangalore, you will be met by a Travel A Deal representative, who will escort you to your vehicle for a transfer to your hotel in Bangalore. After you have checked into the hotel, you may want to visit and see the sights of Bangalore city, visiting Vidhan Soudha, Lalbagh Botanical Garden, Tipu Sultans palace and Bull temple – one of the oldest temple built in 16th century. Evenings are at leisure for you to explore the markets in Bangalore and you may also try some local shopping. Enjoy dinner at your hotel and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 02 – BANGALORE TO MYSORE ( 290 Km , 5.5 Hours )
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Mysore. Arrive Mysore at noon and check into your. Later proceed for sightseeing of Mysore visiting Maharaja’s Palace, in the evening proceed to KRS Dam and the Brindavan Gardens. You may also want to enjoy the Sound & Light show in the Gardens. Evening is at leisure. Enjoy your dinner and comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 03 – MYSORE TO OOTY ( 170 Km ,  4 Hours  )
After breakfast we proceed to Ooty , which is also known as Udhagamandalam is the “Queen of hill station” and the Capital of Nilgiris district and is one of the most famous tourist spots in India. Ooty is one of the famous hill station in South India. It is situated at an altitude of 2,240 meter above the sea-level. The word NILGIRIS means Blue Mountains. It is a land of picturesque picnic spots and had been a popular summer and weekend getaway for the British during the colonial days. There are plenty of interesting tourist spots like Botanical Gardens, Lakes, Boat houses, Waterfalls, Movie Shooting Spots, Wildlife Sanctuary, Tea estates and many more. Upon arrival in Ooty, check into your hotel. Afternoon at leisure and later in the day proceed to explore Ooty and see the beautiful sights, evening you may want to take a boat ride on the Ooty Lake or visit the local market – Charing Cross. Dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 04 –  OOTY ( DAY EXCURSION TO COONOOR )
After breakfast we shall proceed on an enjoyable day trip to Coonoor, located at the head of the Hulikal ravine at an altitude of 1,800 m above sea level. It is 19 km from Ooty. Coonoor provides the traveller with the panoramic view of the lush green Nilgiri hills, with its ravines, valleys, and waterfalls. Bird watching is a popular pastime in Coonoor, as the area boasts of a large variety of species like Cormorants, Pipits, Thrushes, Parakeets, Skylarks, Nilgiri Verditer, etc. Travellers can take a walk through the tea gardens. There are number of trekking and hiking trails around Coonoor. Travellers can enjoy the exhilarating and unique ride on the toy train that connects Coonoor with Mettupalayam and Ooty. ( You may take the Toy Train from Ooty to Coonoor and our vehicle can pick you up from Coonoor Railway Station. The train tickets can be purchased directly 1 hour prior to the journey) , The trip provides some breathtaking views of the Nilgiri hills in all its natural glory. While in Coonoor enjoy visit to Sims Park & Lamb’s Rock. Another interesting sight is the Dolphins nose, which is 10 kms from Coonoor, its an important place to visit. It not only provides a panoramic view of the vast expanse of the Nilgiri hills but also of the famous Catherine Falls. Return to the hotel later in the evening. Day 05 – OOTY TO KODAIKANAL ( 250 Km , 7 Hours )
After breakfast we check out of the hotel and drive towards Kodaikanal, which is located on the southern tip of the upper Palani hills, that are found on the Western Ghats in Tamil Nadu. The height of this place is more than 6854 feet. Kodaikanal is also called as “Princess of Hill Stations” due to its beauty and pleasant climate. There is a charming lake and several beautiful mountain views of the plains. Numerous waterfalls around Kodaikanal are just mesmerizing. Kodaikanal is home to the rare ‘Kurinji-flower’, which blossoms once in 12 years, imparting an ethereal beauty to the hills. Kodaikanal seems to be bestowed with all forms of beauty by Nature-majestic hills, mighty rocks, beautiful waterfalls, a serene lake, fruit orchards, lush flora -which makes it one of the most popular hill stations in South India. Upon arrival in Kodaikanal, check into your hotel. Your evening is at leisure and explore the local market on your own. Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 06 – KODAIKANAL
After breakfast, we shall proceed to enjoy local sightseeing of Kodaikanal. Visit the Pine Forest and Green Valley view point. This place provides the view of the abundant scenic beauty of Kodaikanal and the Guna Cave. Later in the afternoon you visit Pillar Rock – an impressive creation of nature and Coakers Walk. In the evening you can enjoy boating at the Kodai Lake. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 07 – KODAIKANAL TO COIMBATORE ( 180 Km , 4.5 Hours  )
After breakfast we check out of the hotel and proceed to Coimbatore for a drop to the Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. We trust you and your family have had a beautiful and memorable holiday experience.
